Trainwest is proud to offer its exceptional venue hire facilities to you for your next training session, meeting or company needs.

Our training facilities and training rooms offer you a professional and comfortable setting to deliver training or conduct your next meeting.

We offer the choice of three different training rooms and our board room for meetings or smaller training sessions.

Our brand new, state-of-the-art building is centrally located in Belmont, only five minutes from the Perth airports and ten minutes from Perth city.

Room Availability

Our training facility is open between 8am and 4pm from Monday to Friday.
Weekend, evening and public holiday bookings can also be arranged by prior arrangement, please note additional charges apply for these bookings.
Rooms can be configured in advance to suit your needs.

  • Internet (free WIFI access)
  • Whiteboards
  • Desks and chairs
  • Photocopying and admin support available if required

You’ll have access to Trainwest’s large, shared kitchen, which is available for tea, coffee and biscuits.

Trainwest can offer external catering service, through our local café delivers quality, fresh platters daily.


There are some limitations on available parking , so this will have to be negotiated at the time of booking.


Telephone, office space, photocopying, printing and other office facilities are available by prior agreement and costs will be discussed.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and you will receive confirmation of your  booking via email.
