Actions Trainwest is taking in relation to the Coronavirus Guidelines (COVID – 19)
Given the unfolding situation relating to Coronavirus COVID-19 in Australia and across the world, Trainwest has a duty to take all precautionary measures to protect students, visitors and staff.
Please be assured that Trainwest has created a culture of infection control in all our training centres.
Whilst you are in the Trainwest building you will find hand sanitisers in all key areas; including front desk Reception and training rooms, and we ask that you use these regularly. Hand washing instructions are available in each bathroom. We also provide disinfectant wipes for your working areas and disposable gloves. We ask you do not touch your face and importantly practise social distancing.
Social distancing will feel very different to Trainwest’s normal approach however for the safety of our students and visitors and our team it is a sensible precaution. Students will be seated 1 meter apart from each other and your Trainwest Trainer will provide additional information to minimise contact at the time of your Induction on day 1 of your chosen course.
To support us in the prevention of the spread of the COVID-19 Virus we ask you do not attend the course if you are feeling unwell and presenting symptoms as per attached document. If you have been overseas or an immediate family or household member have travelled internationally within the last 14 days, we ask you do not attend the course.
Trainwest will transfer your enrolment to a later date at no additional cost.
If you are in isolation, caring for someone in isolation or your preference is not to attend the face to face course, you will still have the option to complete. All you need is internet access a computer/iPhone/iPad/laptop and the course will be delivered via skype/zoom. Trainwest will send your course materials to you in advance and provide instructions on how to connect to your Trainer and course in real time.
