What is the Lead a Management Systems Audit course?

Trainwest’s Lead a Management Systems Audit course provides learners with a sound theoretical knowledge base of auditing and ensures they have all the technical skills to plan, carry out and evaluate internal and external audits.

Structured in compliance to AS/NZS ISO 19011 Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems, this course delivered by Trainwest’s highly qualified trainers, will enable you to develop audit plans, create audit tools conduct audits using interview and note-taking skills and lead an audit team. This course is suitable for any management system audit across any industry, including Registered Training Organisations, Safety, Quality and Environment.. Successful students will also develop the ability to conduct audits based on their relevant company processes, systems, standards and work practices.

This auditing training course will develop your knowledge of selecting a team, assigning roles, developing work schedules, writing formal audit reports, collecting evidence ,  and your ability to clearly deliver an audit report through various presentation methods. The training course will also assist you in applying skills and knowledge learned into real-world projects and simulation activities.

This workshop includes units from the BSB51615 Diploma of Quality Auditing.

This course is progression towards the BSB51615 Diploma of Quality Auditing. On completion of the assessment requirements if you hold a qualification or a Statement of attainment with at least three diploma level units of competency listed, these will enable you to gain the BSB51615 Diploma of Quality Auditing.

How long does the course go for?

Face to face: Face to face training for the lead a management systems audit course is delivered over three days. All students are required to complete a Workplace Project after the face to face training to demonstrate application of auditing in the workplace. The volume of learning of a Diploma qualification is typically is typically twelve months to two years.
