PRE-REQUISITES
There are no Prerequisite requirements for individual units.
There is a significant amount of reading and writing and access to a computer is required for assignments and internet based research.

ASSESSMENT
Participants will be assessed in a variety of ways during the course; this will include role play, case studies, demonstration and scenarios. The post course assignment involves the gathering of evidence relevant to all aspects of training and assessment in a workplace environment.


CLARIFICATION
Upon completion participants will receive the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104
Upon completion of individual units of competency participants will receive a Statement of Attainment which is a progression towards the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104
This is a Nationally Recognised Qualification.
